Preorder cancellations
HAVN Node preorder customers may cancel their order for a full refund any time before dispatch.
To cancel a preorder, email info@havnlabs.com.au with your order number and the email address used at checkout.
After dispatch
Once your order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled before delivery.
We do not offer returns for change of mind, but this does not affect your rights if the product is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or fails to meet consumer guarantees.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect
If your HAVN Node arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact HAVN Labs as soon as possible with your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos or a short video showing the problem.

Tell us what happened, when it started, and whether the issue was present on arrival.
A short video showing the issue helps us assess the claim faster.
If the issue is covered, HAVN Labs will advise the appropriate remedy or return process.

Warranty support
