HAVN Node preorder customers may cancel their order for a full refund any time before dispatch.

To cancel a preorder, email info@havnlabs.com.au with your order number and the email address used at checkout.

After dispatch

Once it’s on the way.

Once your order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled before delivery.

We do not offer returns for change of mind, but this does not affect your rights if the product is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or fails to meet consumer guarantees.

If your HAVN Node arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact HAVN Labs as soon as possible with your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos or a short video showing the problem.

HAVN Node includes a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing faults and defects under normal household use.

Can I cancel my preorder?

Yes. You can cancel your HAVN Node preorder for a full refund any time before dispatch.

Do you accept change-of-mind returns?

No. We do not offer returns for change of mind. This does not affect your rights if the product is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or fails to meet consumer guarantees.

How are approved refunds processed?

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method where possible. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to make funds available.
