Buying from HAVN Labs.
HAVN Node may be offered for preorder before stock is ready to dispatch. Estimated dispatch timing is provided as accurately as possible, but may change due to supplier, freight, customs, carrier, or operational delays.
Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in Australian dollars unless otherwise stated. HAVN Labs may update pricing, promotions, or availability before an order is placed.
Order confirmation

Preorder timing

Customer responsibilities
Use HAVN Node as intended.
HAVN Node is designed for normal household pet feeding use. Customers are responsible for using, cleaning, storing, and maintaining the product in line with any instructions provided by HAVN Labs.
Damage caused by misuse, rough handling, chewing, drops, incorrect cleaning, or use outside normal household feeding use may not be covered by warranty.
Pet use
Every pet is different.
HAVN Node is designed to support cleaner feeding between visits, but every pet behaves differently. Supervise your pet during early use to make sure the product suits your household and feeding routine.
HAVN Labs does not guarantee that every pet will use the product in the same way or adapt at the same speed.
Intellectual property
HAVN Labs content.
HAVN Labs branding, product names, website content, images, videos, copy, page layouts, and design elements are owned by or licensed to HAVN Labs unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use HAVN Labs content without permission.
