Do I need my order number?

What if my pet damages it?

Damage caused by chewing, rough handling, misuse, or accidental damage is not covered under the 12-month warranty.

What happens if the product arrives faulty?

Contact HAVN Labs as soon as possible with your order number and photos or video showing the issue, so the claim can be reviewed.

Does the warranty replace my Australian Consumer Law rights?

No. The 12-month warranty is provided in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
