Seamus our 3 year old Scottish Fold is an outdoor cat.. we live just outside Perth in Australia. Especially in summer we suspected he was getting really dehydrated as he doesnt really drink water enough. The vet recommended we get his wet food intake up and that proved really difficult because we would often buy it for him, he would eat a bit and then leave it. We would later find it dry and he just refused to eat it and we waste it.

long story short - since getting this (its been 3 months) hes been eating WAY more wet food. Like at least double what he used to. From time to time we still find maybe 10% of his food get rejected (hes just super fussy) but this bowl has already paid for itself twice over in the span of months. Definite 10/10 from us.

I bought 3 of these bowls because I have a bunch of cats at various life stages. 2 of them are only eating wet food. One is an old lady who needs to eat as much as she possible, but leaving extra food out tended to get dried up. I tried a feeder that kept food cold until it opened one portion and I thought it was great but the cats either acted like it didn’t exist or were scared of it. These bowls have worked out perfectly. It did open once and a cat went flying in surprise, but over all, the cats have been eating out of these bowls with no problem. They have sure feed feeders for their dry food, so I think those prepared them for a motion detecting bowl. The bowls are a good size, they hold a large amount of food, the bowls are easy to wash. I am very happy to have found these, they were exactly what I needed.

I purchased this product, the HAVN Node, in July and wished I had known about it before! The Node keeps my cat’s wet food moist all day which means he eats more of it because he’s a ‘grazer’ and before getting the Node, he used to leave a lot of the food as it had dried out.

Can’t recommend this product enough!

Amazing Product truly. I live in Florida and my cats took a few days to get used to it, but I persevered and made sure to use the guidebook and now theyre eating from it and loving it!

Definitely one of those things I didn’t think I needed until I started using it. my cat is the type that will literally stop eating if I move his bowl 2 feet 😂 but he got used to it really quickly. the thing i love most is my apartment no longer smelling like his biscuits and his wet food staying fresher for longer. would recommend.

the little ebook that comes with it had a tip for getting them used to the Node slowly, so I tried that and it worked a charm. I was actually shocked at how quickly he got used to it. Within a couple of days he was completely fine with it and now doesn’t even think twice. Hes actually being way less fussy than normal, so far so good

I’m in Canada and shipping was way faster than I expected coming from Australia. I thought I’d be waiting ages but it turned up really quickly.

Very happy I gave it a go. If you have a fussy or nervous cat like mine, definitely follow the introduction tips because they really helped.

My pet peeve has always been the smell of wet cat food so the Havn Node is a game changer! My cat purrs while eating from it as it doesn’t dry out anymore and I don’t have to smell it. A win for us and a win for our cat! Plus excellent customer service - I had a response to my enquiry within an hour or two, another plus. Very happy with our Node!

First week in and our lil fur baby took to it so well. It’s discreet when opening, there is no mess, no smell, easy clean up with the detachable internal tray which is wide for easy feeding, and bonus it keeps the cat food fresh for so long, giving our cat more time to graze throughout the day.

Genuinely clever product. It was quite fun to watch my cats interact with it at first. Now they feel like they are receiving the royal treatment and love the lid opening for them. I tried both with dry and wet foods and the lid keeps their food nice and fresh which works perfectly for my fussy ragdoll who eats a tiny bit and then walks away. Will need to buy another one so they don’t fight over one Havn Node. Thoroughly recommend!

I only got my feeder yesterday, and so far I’m very impressed. If you live in a tropical climate and have a grazing cat who only eats a couple of mouthfuls at a time, it is perfect for leaving food out while keeping cockroaches away. It actually seals properly, so nothing can get into the food!
I expected that I might have to ease my cat into using it, but she took to it straight away. I’ve already ordered another one for her wet food.

We've been using the HAVN Node with our 6 year old blue heeler, Spirit, and it's become part of her daily routine. She can take the whole day to eat, so it's great knowing her food stays covered and our house doesn't smell for the whole time.

The motion sensor works really well, it's quiet, durable, and she was happy to use it immediately. It's also really easy to clean, which makes a big difference with wet dog food. Definitely recommend it to anyone with a dog that doesn't always finish their meal in one go.

Silvy my cat took some time to get used to it but shes eating so much better now.. the bowl is so wide and she seems so much more comofrtable with her big maine coon whiskers :) Thanks HAVN Labs. Saving up to buy another one for my other maine coon kitty!

I was a bit unsure about this because I thought my cat might be spooked by it but it’s fantastic! It’s surprisingly smooth, quiet action is great because it doesn’t startle my cat at all. Size and depth of the bowl is perfect as it accommodates his whiskers which is excellent! (Something other bowls don’t accommodate and it’s a real issue) So far, I’m impressed and very happy and so is my cat🤩
Also keeps down the odour of cat food in between his snack attacks.

Works as described...its loud....we have two....took kitties a few days to adjust...putting their dishes by the units is the key....my biggest note is that is isn't wireless....must use batteries or plug into electrical outlet...an electric adapterr is not included with purchase...just USB cable...must purchase your own adapter

solves the problem of wet cat food getting dried out. Cats (4) immediately started using them!

My cat Jack just won’t use it he is very scared of it. I have even put his favorite treats in it. I will try Tuna juice next and if that doesn’t work. I will give it to my daughter as she just got an 8 week old kitty. But the device it self is great and I can really see the benefit of keeping wet food fresh.

I thought this would be perfect for my cat, but he was so terrified by the lid opening on its own he stopped eating. Such a shame because I purchased two thinking that they would be great, and unfortunately I was not allowed to return them and get a refund, which was also pretty disappointing.

Exactly as described. Very nicely made and the shipping was very quick considering it was international.

So far so good; just hope they make a different dish for it other than plastic. Don't want my cats exposed to microplastics any more than they need to be.
